Deputy Nurse Manager – Nursing Home Coventry £24.00 per hour Claire at Amber Mace is delighted to be working in partnership with a well-established care provider to recruit an experienced Deputy Nurse Manager for a nursing home in Coventry. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and compassionate nurse who has previous experience working within a nursing home environment and is looking to take the next step in their leadership career. The Role: As Deputy Nurse Manager, you will support the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring high standards of clinical care and compliance are consistently met. You will lead by example on the floor, support staff development, and help drive a positive, resident-focused culture.
