We’re now looking for a Deputy Manager to join our team at Old Stables on a fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave.

Your role as Deputy Manager:

* Support the Nursery Manager in the day-to-day running of the setting

* Build strong, trusting relationships with families and external professionals

* Lead and inspire your team to deliver outstanding care and education

* Ensure children are safe, happy, and thriving at all times

* Bring the EYFS to life through engaging and meaningful experiences

What we’re looking for:

* Level 3 (or above) UK-recognised Early Years qualification

* Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework

* Solid understanding of safeguarding and child protection

* Previous leadership experience within a nursery setting

* A passion for early years and making a real difference
