Design Engineer

DESIGN ENGINEER We are recruiting for a Design Engineer to work for our client who are in Rotherham, South Yorkshire. THE DUTIES OF A DESIGN ENGINEER: * Producing detailed fabrication drawings, GA’s and component lists using AutoCAD / Autodesk * Designing pressure vessels & heat exchangers to relevant codes and standard * Liaising with clients to develop technical requirements and specifications * Carrying out design calculations and engineering analysis * Preparing technical reports and project documentation * Working closely with production & quality teams to ensure practical, compliant designs * Planning your workload to ensure on-time project delivery * ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCES & SKILLS: * Experience in Pressure Vessels and Heat Exchangers * Commercial awareness of this particular area of engineering * An eye for detail and methodical working process THE HOURS: Working on days THE PAY: You will earn an annual salary of £45k-55K depending on experience.
