About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Die Cutter Operator to work with our client based in Shipley. You will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining die cutting machinery to produce high-quality finished products in line with company standards and customer specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
* Set up and operate die cutting machines efficiently and safely
* Ensure materials are correctly aligned and cut to specification
* Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
* Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor machine issues
* Follow production schedules and meet deadlines
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment
* Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
Requirements:
* Previous experience operating die cutting machinery (e.g. platen, rotary, or flatbed) preferred
* Strong attention to detail and quality control
* Ability to read and interpret job specifications and technical drawings
* Good mechanical aptitude
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Flexibility to work shifts/overtime if required
