Description
Coordinate & distribute digital assets to retail partners
Maintain workflows and internal trackers to ensure all brand and retailer deadlines are met
Support the creation of digital campaign briefs, retailer templates, and go‑live documentation
Maintain campaign launch trackers and help coordinate each stage from planning to execution
Conduct competitor benchmarking to inform digital strategy and category understanding
Oversee Retail Media campaigns (e.g. Criteo, Citrus, Mirakl), including KPI definition, budget pacing, performance optimisation, and collaboration with platform partners to maximise campaign effectiveness.
Audit retailer product listings and pages to ensure accuracy, strong merchandising, and adherence to brand standards
Review brand rooms, category pages, and PDP content to identify inconsistencies or optimisation opportunities
Support SEO‑related checks to improve product discoverability and enhance overall customer experienceProfile
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, acting as a key digital contact both client and retail partners to build and develop impactful relationships
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Proven Retail Media campaign management experience, including Criteo, Citrus and Mirakl
Comfortable working with digital asset management (DAM) systems
Basic understanding of e‑commerce merchandising and retail media foundations
Basic graphic design or image‑editing skillsJob Offer
