Job Title: Digital Personal Assistant Location: Hybrid role, 2 days based at Moorgreen Hospital, SO30 3JB, 3 days can be worked remotely Hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday – Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm Trust Location: Hampshire & Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS FT Role type: Temporary for 3 months with possibility of extension Duties to include but not limited to: · Provide a high level, professional and confidential executive support function to the Director of Digital and AI and the Digital Senior Team ensuring they are fully briefed and prepared for their respective activities. · Act as first contact on behalf of the Digital Senior Team, answering queries, filtering correspondence, and bringing matters to their attention as necessary. · Responsible for diary management, ensuring all parties are briefed on meetings, that corresponding paperwork is provided and that any travel or accommodation arrangements are organised and communicated. · Provide high calibre production of documentation including complaints reports, papers, minutes, spreadsheets, presentations, and other documents as required · Tasks to include; Diary management, minute taking, keeping action logs up to date, updating agendas and audio typing This role may require you to show evidence of vocational level 3 qualification or at least 2 years relevant experience. You’ll learn the following whilst working at the trust: 1. An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS 2. Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times 3.
