Director - Construction Project Manager

A well-established, world-renowned consultancy is seeking an experienced Project Manager at Director level to join and lead its commercial fit-out team. This is a senior appointment with responsibility for both client delivery and the continued growth of the team. Key Responsibilities: Provide leadership to the commercial fit-out team, ensuring high standards of project delivery Maintain and develop key client relationships across the commercial sector Oversee multiple fit-out projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget Support business development activity, including identifying and securing new opportunities Contribute to the strategic direction and growth of the commercial fit-out division Mentor and develop team members at all levels Requirements: Significant experience within commercial fit-out, ideally within a consultancy environment Currently operating at Associate Director or Director level Strong client-facing experience with a track record of securing and delivering work Background in quantity surveying, cost management, or project management Commercially astute with strong leadership capability MRICS or similar chartership preferred Package: Competitive salary and performance-related bonus Clear progression within a well-established business Strong pipeline of secured work Interested?
