£60,000 Basic + Bonus

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Director of Operations to join a fast-paced, design-led interior design studio based in the heart of West London.

This senior leadership role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the studio, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently from concept through to completion. Working closely with designers, suppliers, contractors and leadership teams, the successful candidate will play a key role in driving operational excellence, supporting business growth and delivering an exceptional client experience across luxury residential and hospitality projects.

Key Responsibilities

* Overseeing studio operations and workflow management

* Managing team resources and project coordination

* Procurement and supplier management

* Budget oversight, reporting and financial planning

* Supporting client delivery and maintaining high service standards

* Contributing to operational strategy and business growth

* Light HR coordination and cross-functional collaboration

* Monitoring operational performance and implementing process improvements

Candidate Requirements

* Proven operations management experience within interior design, architecture, luxury property, construction, project management or a related creative industry

* Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills

* Experience managing teams and fast-paced project environments

* Commercially minded with confidence overseeing budgets and operational planning

* Excellent communication and client management skills

* High attention to detail and ability to prioritise effectively

* Minimum 5 years’ relevant industry experience preferred
