Our clients are seeking an exceptional leader to join their Executive Team as Director of Organisational Development & Resources.
This is a pivotal role at the heart of the organisation. Reporting to the CEO, you will provide strategic leadership across finance, organisational development, people, governance, risk, digital transformation and organisational resilience, ensuring they have the people, resources and infrastructure needed to deliver lasting impact.
About You
You will be:
* A qualified accountant with significant senior leadership experience.
* An accomplished strategic leader with strong financial and organisational development expertise.
* Experienced in leading change, transformation and continuous improvement.
* Skilled in governance, risk management and corporate leadership.
* Passionate about developing people, culture and organisational capability.
* Committed to making a positive difference to communities and older people's lives.
