Dispatch Co-ordinator

We’re working with a well-established engineering company in Fareham who are looking to grow their team with an experienced Dispatch Co-Ordinator.  This is a fantastic opportunity that can lead to a straight permanent position for the right person, with an immediate start available.   As the Despatch co Ordinator you will be responsible for ensuring all products are shipped and arrive to customers in a timely manner and in perfect condition  The main duties and responsibilities Dispatch Co-ordinator will include:  Responsible for the dispatch section in the stores department Ensuring shipment and delivery deadlines are met Organising shipping lists and oder schedules Booking collections in using online systems including UK and international shipments Packing and labelling finished goods for dispatch Organising local deliveries for drivers Arrange receipt for finished goods Arrange quotes for deliveries and same day shipments  Requirements to be considered for this role: Experience in using an MRP System is essential Strong attention to detail  Experience within a dispatch department in a warehouse or stores envionment  Happy to assist in other areas of the business as and when needed   In return you will get:  Buying addtional holiday Free parking Early finish fridays Dress down fridays  Monthly treats and events  If you are looking for a fresh new challenge within a growing and successful business please apply with your CV today and Ben will call you
