Title: District Manager (Luxury Homes)
Location: Regular travel across Yorkshire
Hours: 37.5 per week
Salary: c. £70,000 + £6,200 car allowance
Contract: Permanent

Are you an experienced senior leader who understands what exceptional care and high-quality living looks like? As District Manager, you’ll lead a portfolio of 7 care homes across Yorkshire, delivering high-quality services and great place to live for older people.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who understands what expectational later-life residential, dementia and nursing care looks like and is motivated by delivering consistently high quality, compliant standards within premium care environments.

What does it mean to be a District Manager at Anchor?

* Lead a High-Performing Portfolio: You’ll oversee a group of established homes, ensuring the consistent delivery of outstanding care, hospitality, and resident experience, within a luxury living environment.

* Drive Commercial Performance: Ensure homes remain commercially strong and sustainable, with a focus on occupancy, reputation, and revenue, supporting the continued reinvestment into our services, teams, and the resident experience.

* Champion Resident Experience: Lead a culture where care quality, dignity, and personalised resident experience are at the heart of every decision.

* Care Quality & Compliance: Maintain full oversight of regulatory compliance, safeguarding, and clinical quality, ensuring standards consistently meet and exceed expectations.

* Lead & Inspire Teams: Coach and develop a team of Home Managers, empowering them to lead with confidence, deliver excellence, and create outstanding environments for residents.

What you’ll need:

* Understanding of premium care environments, with insight into the expectations within private-fee paying luxury settings.

* Significant care operational management experience, with a track record of delivering strong commercial and regulatory compliant services.

* A passion for delivering outstanding, person-centred care and meaningful experiences to residents.

* A natural leader with the ability to engage, influence and develop high-performing teams.

* Confidence in managing financial performance while maintaining an uncompromising focus on care quality and resident wellbeing.

* Previous experience within nursing or clinical care would be desirable.
