Document Administrator
The ideal candidate will be a highly organised and methodical administrator with a keen eye for detail and be a strong computer user, particularly in Word and Excel.
Full training will be given.
The working week is Monday-Thursday with week 1 Friday off and week 2 Friday working 4 hours. The working hours are flexible starting between 07:00-09:00 and finishing between 16:15-18:15 Monday-Thursday, same start time on the Friday worked but finishing between 11:00-13:00.
Responsibilities of Document Administrator
* Providing formal project document submissions and receipts between Company and its clients/suppliers.
* Overall owner and responsibility for maintaining multiple project document schedules.
* Checking document format, numbering and revision status against specific requirements.
* Continuous liaising with the project team members to ensure awareness of document status.
* Issue of regular overdue documentation schedule to suppliers and clients.
* General administrative support to the project team.
* There may also be a need to provide some general administrative duties, occasional reception cover and manage external business calls.
Skills and experiences required of Document Administrator
* Strong administrative skills in a document process driven environment.
* The ability to perform tasks accurately on a repeated basis is essential.
* A methodical and systematic approach is required to ensure elements of the processes are fully executed before starting another.
* Applicants shall be focussed, thus allowing work activities to be completed fast and efficiently without letting distractions interfere.
* The ability to question, challenge and a desire to improve systems is also a desirable quality.
* Good interpersonal and communication skills.
