* Administering electronic document management systems, including maintaining appropriate access and permissions.
* Working with systems such as ProjectWise, SharePoint and other electronic document management platforms.
* Coordinating the flow of information between project managers, engineers, site teams, clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
* Ensuring drawings, reports, correspondence, technical documentation, and project information are distributed accurately and within agreed timescales.
* Carrying out quality checks and audits to ensure documentation meets company, project, and regulatory requirements.
* Preparing reports relating to document status, compliance, distribution, and project information.
* Supporting project teams with document control procedures and best practice.

* Understanding of document control principles and the document lifecycle.
* Experience using electronic document management systems, with knowledge of ProjectWise, SharePoint and/or Forma (ACC) advantageous.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence liaising across project teams and external stakeholders.
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
* Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a wider project team.
* A proactive approach with a willingness to learn new systems and processes.
* Understanding of information security, data protection, and document confidentiality would be beneficial.
What's In It For You?
