Location: Watford
Duration: Initial 6 months
We are looking for an experienced Document Controller / Site Administrator to support a live construction project in Watford.
The role will involve managing project documentation, providing general site administration support and helping ensure the site office runs efficiently on a day-to-day basis.
The successful candidate will be confident using 4Projects (4P) and SmartWaste, with previous experience working in a construction main contracting site environment.
The initial assignment is expected to last approximately 3–6 months, after which the role will transition to a new project in Victoria, London, offering the opportunity for continued work.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain project documentation using 4Projects (4P).
* Update and maintain records within SmartWaste.
* Provide general administrative support to the site management team.
* Maintain accurate filing systems and ensure documents are up to date.
* Assist with the day-to-day running of the site office.
* Support site staff with document management, record keeping and general administrative duties.
* Ensure project information is organised and readily accessible.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a Document Controller or Site Administrator role within construction.
* Working knowledge of 4Projects (4P) and SmartWaste.
* Good organisational and administrative skills, with strong attention to detail.
* Confident using Microsoft Office and general IT systems.
* Ability to work independently and support a busy site team.
* A proactive and reliable approach to work.
Location and Duration
The role will initially be based at in Watford for approximately 3–6 months, before moving to a new project in Victoria, London.
