Document Controller Pinner, North West London High-End Residential Contractor We are currently working with a well-established high-end residential contractor based in Pinner, North West London, who are looking to appoint an experienced Document Controller to join their growing team. This contractor specialises in delivering luxury residential refurbishments and bespoke new-build homes across London, with a strong reputation for quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail. Due to continued project wins, they are seeking a highly organised and technically confident Document Controller to support their project teams. The Role As Document Controller, you will play a key role in managing and maintaining all project documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and seamless communication across teams. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing all project documentation using Procore - Maintaining drawing registers and revision control - Uploading, tracking, and distributing drawings and technical documents - Managing RFIs, submittals, and transmittals via Procore - Liaising with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams - Ensuring document control procedures are followed and maintained - Supporting project teams with reporting and document retrieval About You - Proven experience as a Document Controller within construction (high-end residential experience desirable) - Strong working knowledge of Procore is essential - Excellent understanding of document control processes and revision management - Highly organised with strong attention to detail - Confident communicator with the ability to liaise at all levels - Able to work independently and manage multiple live projects What's on Offer - Opportunity to work with a respected high-end residential contractor - Long-term, stable position within a growing business - Collaborative and supportive team environment - Competitive salary package This is an excellent opportunity for a Document Controller who is confident using Procore and is looking to join a quality-driven contractor delivering some of London's finest residential projects.
