Luxuricare is a newly CQC-registered domiciliary care provider covering Burton-on-Trent, Swadlincote and surrounding areas. We are currently recruiting compassionate and reliable Care Assistants to join our growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a developing care service that is focused on delivering high-quality, person-centred care within the local community.
What we offer:
* £16.00 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay)
* Paid mileage (35p per mile)

Role responsibilities:
* Providing personal care and support to clients in their own homes
* Assisting with daily living tasks such as washing, dressing, and meal preparation
* Supporting clients to maintain independence and dignity
* Building positive relationships with clients and their families
* Following care plans and maintaining accurate records
What we are looking for:
* Caring, reliable and professional individuals
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A willingness to learn and develop within the care sector
* A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred)
* Previous care experience is beneficial but not essential
Important information:
This role is paid at an hourly rate inclusive of holiday pay, which is reflected within the £16.00 per hour rate.
