TDA Care Solutions are currently recruiting for Domiciliary Carers About the Role We are looking for reliable and compassionate Domiciliary Carers to join our team supporting clients in their own homes across Chelmsford. This is a flexible, ADHOC role ideal for carers seeking a variety of shifts and the opportunity to make a real difference in the community. As a domiciliary carer, you will provide essential, person-centred care to individuals, helping them maintain independence and dignity in their day-to-day lives. Key Responsibilities * Provide high-quality personal care and support in clients’ homes * Assist with daily living tasks such as washing, dressing, and meal preparation * Support with medication where required * Offer companionship and emotional support * Maintain accurate care records and report any concerns * Travel between client homes as part of a door-to-door service Requirements * Minimum 6 months UK care experience * A caring, reliable, and professional approach * Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including early mornings, evenings, and long days * Good communication and time management skills Essential Criteria * Drivers preferred due to the nature of the role (door-to-door service) * Non-drivers will be considered, but must: * Live locally to Chelmsford or * Be willing and able to use their own transport arrangements reliably What We Offer * Flexible, ADHOC shift patterns * Competitive pay rates * Supportive team environment * Opportunity to gain further experience in domiciliary care ** Please note, we do not offer sponsorship
