Door Engineer

DJ Doors & Electrical Services Ltd specialise in the installation, servicing, and repair of commercial automatic and manual door systems doors. Based in Oxfordshire, we also cover the Midlands, Greater London, and the South of England. As our business continues to grow, we're looking to expand our skilled engineering team with an experienced Door Engineer.    The Role:    We are seeking a qualified and experienced Door Engineer to join our team. You’ll be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of a wide range of door and entry systems on both planned and reactive jobs.    Key Responsibilities:  Installation, service, and repair of commercial automatic and manual door systems  Electrical and mechanical fault finding  Providing clear, expert advice to customers  Recommending suitable solutions for each project  Participation in out-of-hours/weekend call-out rota    What We’re Looking For:  Previous experience  working with automatic doors and/or automated entry systems (preferred)  Power Pedestrian Door Qualification BS/EN16005  NVQ Powered Pedestrian Doors (Preferred)  Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge  A proactive, problem-solving approach  Confident working independently and directly with clients  Full UK Driving Licence (required)    What You’ll Get in Return:  Salary: £15-17ph depending on experience  Paid overtime  Company van   Power tools provided   24 days paid holiday (plus bank holidays)  Company pension    REF-(Apply online only)
