Smile Education is working in partnership with a welcoming and well-established secondary school in the East Birmingham area to recruit an enthusiastic Drama Teacher for a long-term position through to the end of the academic year.

The Role
Teaching Drama across KS3 and KS4
Planning and delivering engaging, practical lessons
Encouraging creativity, confidence, and participation
Supporting school productions, performances, or extracurricular activities (where applicable)
Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environmentWhat We’re Looking For
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience teaching Drama in a secondary school setting
A passion for the performing arts and student development
Strong classroom management skills
