We are currently recruiting for an experienced Dryliner to join a contractor delivering a large-scale residential development (apartments/flats). This role will involve working across multiple units, delivering high-quality internal finishes in line with programme and specification.
Key Responsibilities
* Installation of metal stud partitions within residential units
* Fixing plasterboard to walls, ceilings, and communal areas
* Installing MF ceiling systems within apartments and corridors
* Carrying out insulation works (acoustic & fire-rated systems)
* Working from drawings to ensure accurate setting out within each unit
* Completing works to a high standard across multiple plots/floors
* Coordinating with site teams and other trades to maintain programme
* Ensuring compliance with health & safety and building regulations
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Dryliner on residential schemes (flats/apartments essential)
* Strong knowledge of drywall systems (e.g. British Gypsum, Siniat, Knauf)
* Experience working on multi-unit developments (high-volume plots)
* Ability to read and interpret drawings and work to programme
* Valid CSCS Card (Blue/Gold preferred)
* Own tools and PPE
