The Role We are seeking a skilled DT Teacher who can deliver engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4. You will play a key part in a supportive department that values creativity, hands‑on learning, and high standards. You will be responsible for: * Planning and delivering exciting, practical DT lessons that inspire curiosity and independent thinking * Supporting pupils to develop skills in design, problem‑solving, and safe workshop practice * Contributing to the school’s culture of Care, Respect and Inspire * Embedding key values of Attitude, Resilience, Independence, Confidence, Pride and Aspiration into classroom practice * Assessing and tracking student progress to drive achievement * Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment * Working collaboratively with colleagues to develop resources and share best practice This is an excellent opportunity to join a school where creativity is valued, students are enthusiastic, and staff are genuinely cared for.
