Key Qualifications & Tickets Forward Tipping Dumper (CPCS/NPORS) Ride-On Roller (CPCS/NPORS) CAT & Genny Trained (Cable Avoidance Tool & Signal Generator) CSCS Card Holder Full PPE & Site Ready Experience & Responsibilities Operating forward tipping dumpers safely and efficiently on busy construction sites Operating ride-on rollers for trench work, backfilling, and finishing works Carrying out pre-start checks and routine machine inspections Identifying underground services using CAT & Genny before excavation Assisting with drainage, foundations, kerbing, and general groundworks Working alongside site managers, groundworkers, and plant teams Adhering strictly to RAMS and Health & Safety regulations Maintaining clean and organised work areas Skills Strong understanding of site safety procedures Excellent communication and teamwork skills Reliable, punctual, and hard-working Ability to work independently or as part of a team Flexible with hours and willing to travel If the role seems right for you, please apply and contact Charlie Read at TLG Infrastructure
