Rate: £38 per hour
Working Pattern: Hybrid (Office-based Mondays & Wednesdays, remote working on other days subject to service needs)
Contract: Locum
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join the Children & Adults Occupational Therapy and Sensory Service in Ealing. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive multidisciplinary team, managing a duty caseload across children and adult services.
The Role
As an Occupational Therapist, you will:
Manage a duty caseload within the Children & Adults Occupational Therapy and Sensory Service.
Complete occupational therapy assessments and provide appropriate interventions.
Work collaboratively with service users, families, carers, and partner agencies.
Deliver person-centred solutions that promote independence and wellbeing.
Maintain accurate case records and reports in line with professional standards.
Essential Requirements
Candidates must have:
HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist.
Experience managing occupational therapy caseloads within children's and/or adult social care.
Strong assessment, communication, and case management skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Working Arrangements
Hybrid working model.
Current office attendance required on Mondays and Wednesdays.
Remote working on remaining days, subject to service requirements.
Please note that the current hybrid working policy is likely to change within the next three months.
Pay
£38 per hour
