Early Career Teacher (ECT) Primary School – London Borough of Tower Hamlets Start Date: September 2026 Contract: Full-time, Permanent Salary:£38,766 per annum (M1 – Inner London, in line with NASUWT pay scale) We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a welcoming three-form entry primary school in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets, for a passionate and dedicated Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join their team from September 2026 on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified teacher to begin their career in a supportive and collaborative school environment that places a strong emphasis on professional development and high-quality teaching. The role: The successful candidate will take responsibility for a class within Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2, delivering engaging and well-structured lessons that support pupils’ academic progress and personal development. Working within a three-form entry school, you will benefit from shared planning, strong year group support, and the opportunity to collaborate closely with colleagues. The school provides a structured ECT induction programme, including dedicated mentoring and ongoing professional development to help you build confidence and develop your teaching practice.
