Early Careers Coordinator
This role will be offered as a 12 month fixed term contract.
Reporting to the Early Careers Manager and working as a member of the wider HR team, the Early Careers Coordinator will support with recruitment delivery, events, and outreach activities to support the Company's strategic goal of early talent engagement.
Your day to day will include:
Support the team with high-volume recruitment drive for graduates, internships, summer placements and apprenticeship programmes, including advertising vacancies, shortlisting CVs and screening applicants, interviewing, managing the offer process and onboarding.
Coordinating and attending events such as graduate onboarding and offboarding, university careers fairs, industry events, and schools visits.
Proactively build relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless recruitment process for candidates and hiring managers
Keep up to date with market knowledge and trends in early careers hiring, sharing findings with the Early Careers Manager and key stakeholders
Seeking out innovative ways to promote the company via social media and other channels
Maintaining the applicant tracking system, excel trackers and other administrative tasks to support the teams processes
Travel 10%-15%
What we are looking for:
Business, Marketing or similar qualification would be desirable, but not essential
We are looking for someone who is:
Highly organised and detail-oriented
Comfortable engaging with new people
Confident representing the company in external settings
Proactive in anticipating problems and solving them early
Reliable and able to manage multiple deadlines
Willing to travel regularly (particularly during peak recruitment cycles)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in events, hospitality, recruitment coordination, student services or customer-facing roles would be a distinct advantage
