Location: Notting Hill, W11 (West London)
Salary: £26,500 – £29,000/year (Negotiable and can exceed £29,000 for candidates with 3+ years of experience OR Montessori training, alongside strong EYFS and Ofsted knowledge)
Hours: 40 hours per week (Enjoy a 4-day compressed working week!)
Working Pattern: 8:00am – 6:00pm, Monday to Friday (Get a regular day off each week!)
Lunch Break: 1-hour fully paid lunch break daily
Start Date: End of August / 1st September (Interviews and hiring process happening ASAP)

The Role

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our client's team. You will deliver high-quality care and education, creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for young children to thrive.

Requirements

* Qualification: Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential).

* Compliance: Enhanced DBS on the Update Service.

* Certifications: Valid Paediatric First Aid, Prevent Duty, and Safeguarding certificates.

* Experience: Minimum 2 years of previous working experience in a UK nursery setting (essential).

* Specialism: Montessori training is preferred, but not essential.

* Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, and a genuine love for early years education.

* Right to Work: Applicants must have the right to live and work in the UK.
