Early Years Nursery Manager

Nursery Manager – Term Time Only (38 Weeks per Year) 📍 Ashford, Kent 🕒 Monday to Friday | 08:30 – 16:30 We are working on behalf of our client in Ashford, Kent who is seeking an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager to lead their setting for children aged 2–5 years. This is a term-time only position (38 weeks per year), offering an excellent work-life balance while leading a nurturing and supportive early years environment. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and manage the day-to-day running of the nursery * Ensure high standards of care, learning, and safeguarding * Support, motivate, and develop nursery staff * Maintain strong relationships with parents and carers * Ensure compliance with EYFS and Ofsted requirements Requirements: * Relevant Early Years qualification (Level 3 minimum; Level 5 preferred) * Previous nursery management or senior leadership experience * Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding procedures * Excellent leadership and organisational skills This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated Early Years professional looking for a rewarding leadership role within a term-time setting.
