Essential Requirement
To be considered for this role, you must hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification that is recognised as ‘full and relevant’ under current Department for Education (DfE) guidance.
The Role
Working as part of the school's Early Years team, you will:
* Support children with their learning and development through engaging, play-based activities
* Help create a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment
* Support children's communication, confidence and independence
* Work closely with the class teacher and wider Early Years team
* Provide individual and small-group support
* Support children's personal care and daily routines where required
* Follow all safeguarding and school policies
About You
We're looking for someone who:
* Holds a DfE-recognised full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
* Has experience working within an Early Years setting
* Has a good understanding of the EYFS
* Is caring, patient and enthusiastic
* Can build positive relationships with children and colleagues
* Has a strong understanding of safeguarding
* Is reliable, proactive and ready to become part of the school team
