Early Years Practitioner

We are currently recruiting Early Years Practitioners and Room Leaders (Level 3 qualified) to join welcoming nurseries across South London. These are full-time, permanent opportunities within well-established childcare settings that focus on high-quality early years education and supportive team environments. Key Responsibilities * Provide a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment for children aged 0–5 * Support children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS framework * Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues * Plan and deliver engaging activities that support early development * Maintain accurate observations and development records Requirements * Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare (or equivalent) * Experience working in a nursery or early years setting * Good understanding of the EYFS framework * Strong communication and teamwork skills * Passion for supporting children’s development What’s on offer * Competitive salary (£25,000 – £33,000 depending on experience) * Full-time permanent roles * Opportunities for progression (Room Leader / Senior roles) * Supportive nursery teams across South London locations If you are a qualified Early Years professional looking for your next opportunity in South London, we would love to hear from you
