Early Years SEN Teaching Assistant – Lambeth (SW2)
£545 per week | Full-time | Primary School
We are recruiting an experienced Early Years SEN Teaching Assistant to support two Reception children (ages 4–5) with Autism and challenging behaviour at a welcoming Primary School in Lambeth, SW2.
The role:

1:1 and small‑group support for children with Autism
Managing challenging behaviour, including emotional regulation and tantrums
Supporting learning, routines and engagement in the classroom
Comfortable providing personal care when required
Working closely with the class teacher and SENCORequirements:

Proven experience supporting children with SEN (Autism essential)
Confident and resilient approach to challenging behaviour
Physically and emotionally robust, calm under pressure
Comfortable with personal care
Early Years or Primary School experience preferredThe school offers:
