EYFS Teaching Assistant - Radcliffe (M26) Location: Radcliffe, Bury, Greater Manchester Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM About the Role Tradewind Recruitment is recruiting for a dedicated EYFS Teaching Assistant to support a vibrant Early Years setting within a primary school in Radcliffe (M26). This full-time, term-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with young children and supporting their early development through play-based learning. Key Responsibilities * Support pupils within the EYFS classroom during learning and play activities. * Assist with phonics sessions, story time, and early learning activities. * Encourage communication, confidence, and social development. * Help maintain a safe, engaging, and well-organised learning environment. * Work closely with the class teacher and EYFS team to support pupil progress. Ideal Candidate * Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or degree educated). * Experience working with children in Early Years is desirable. * Energetic, caring, and enthusiastic approach. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. * Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
