What You'll Be Doing
You will join a supportive, multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering high-quality psychological services. Your core responsibilities will include:
Completing high-quality psychological advice for Education, Health, and Care Needs Assessments (EHCNA) within statutory time frames.
Providing expert consultation to schools, settings, and parents using a range of psychological frameworks.
Supporting school staff through training, supervision, and project work to build capacity for inclusive practice.
Working directly with children and young people (0-25) to promote emotional well-being and educational progress.

What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you must have:
Professional Qualification: A Doctorate or Master's degree in Educational Psychology.
HCPC Registration: You must be registered as a Practitioner Psychologist with the Health and Care Professions Council.
Communication Skills: The ability to translate complex psychological concepts into clear, actionable advice for non-specialists.
