EHC Coordinator
You must have experience working as an EHC Coordinator in a Local Authority to be considered for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the end-to-end process of EHCP assessments, reviews, and amendments, ensuring compliance with statutory deadlines.
Work collaboratively with families, schools, health and social care professionals to ensure EHCPs are tailored to meet the individual needs of children and young people.
Ensure all EHCPs are developed and maintained in accordance with the Children and Families Act 2014 and the SEND Code of Practice (2015).
Act as a key contact for families, providing guidance and support while ensuring a fair and transparent process.
Maintain accurate records, track progress, and contribute to service development by identifying trends and areas for improvement.Location: Lynton House, Ilford
