The Role
You will support the delivery of Environmental Impact Assessments for major infrastructure projects, including renewables and transport, with a particular focus on the water environment.
Your role will combine technical delivery, fieldwork, and client interaction, giving you exposure across the full project lifecycle.
In your first year, you will:
Prepare hydrology, hydrogeology, and wider water environment EIA chapters
Use GIS, CAD, and Excel to analyse data and produce high-quality reports
Undertake site visits and contribute to health and safety processes
Support and manage small-scale projects and proposals (up to £10k)
Work towards professional chartership with structured supportAbout You
Degree (2:1 or above) in an environmental or numerate discipline
Minimum 2 years' experience writing EIA chapters (essential)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Well-organised, proactive, and confident working within project teams
Postgraduate qualification desirable but not essentialWhat is on Offer
