Electrical and Mechanical Training Instructor
Key Responsibilities:
Delivering practical workshop techniques to marine students in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering
Teaching up to 16 students per class
Working collaboratively with Learning & Development and the team of 10 Instructors
Supporting with driving continuous improvement and learning
Job Requirements:
Experience in Electrical testing, Hand tools, Soldering and Tool Handling
Results-oriented with the ability to support quality and delivery improvements across learning programmes
Team player with experience leading and collaborating across teams
Knowledge and understanding of business strategy and providing support to identify solutions to deliver that strategy
Level 4 teaching certificate or equivalent (desired)
Any teaching, instructing, or coaching experience would be an advantage (desired)
Eligible for UK Security Clearance at SC level
