Electrical Contracts Manager – London Projects Location: London & South East Salary: Open to Perm & Day Rate Candidates New project due to start in April – Central London. A well-established electrical contractor delivering large commercial and infrastructure projects across London is looking to appoint an Electrical Contracts Manager to support continued project growth. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced electrical professional who enjoys overseeing multiple projects, managing delivery teams and maintaining strong client relationships. The company operates across a range of sectors including commercial buildings, infrastructure and specialist installations and is known for delivering high-quality projects across the capital. The Role As Electrical Contracts Manager you will oversee several projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and within budget. Responsibilities will include: • Managing multiple electrical projects across London • Overseeing Site Managers and project delivery teams • Ensuring programme, quality and health & safety standards are maintained • Liaising with clients, consultants and subcontractors • Reviewing project progress, commercial performance and reporting to senior management • Supporting procurement and subcontractor management • Ensuring smooth project handover and completion Requirements • Electrically qualified (NVQ / City & Guilds / equivalent) • Previous experience working as an Electrical Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager • Strong background delivering commercial electrical installations • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously • Excellent communication and leadership skills • Based within commutable distance of London What’s on Offer • Long term opportunity with a growing contractor • Exposure to large and complex electrical projects • Competitive salary and benefits package • Supportive and experienced leadership team
