The Opportunity
Wolviston Management Services are proud to be supporting our client in the appointment of an Electrical Engineer to join their growing team in Fellside.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established engineering business delivering specialist mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical solutions across a diverse industrial client base.

You will play a key role in delivering high-quality electrical services across installation, maintenance, inspection and testing activities, supporting safe and reliable operations for customers across multiple sectors.

The Role
As Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting a wide range of electrical engineering activities across site and client locations, ensuring systems are safe, compliant and operating efficiently.
You will work both independently and as part of a multi-disciplined engineering team, contributing to project delivery, fault finding and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out electrical installation, maintenance and repair across industrial environments
Perform inspection, testing and certification activities (including PAT & EICR where required)
Diagnose and rectify electrical faults across plant and equipment
Interpret electrical drawings, schematics and technical documentation
Support commissioning and system handovers
Ensure compliance with current electrical standards and HSE requirements
Maintain accurate documentation, reports and certification records
Work collaboratively with mechanical and hydraulic teams to deliver integrated solutions
Contribute to continuous improvement and reliability initiatives What We're Looking For

Recognised electrical apprenticeship or relevant engineering qualification
Proven experience within an industrial or engineering services environment
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic capability
Experience in inspection, testing and certification (18th Edition desirable)
Knowledge of electrical distribution, control systems and industrial equipment
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
Strong commitment to health, safety and quality standards
Full UK driving licence (essential) What's on Offer
