Electrical Foot Mobile Engineer

Job Title: Electrical Foot Mobile Engineer Location: Central London (Zones 1–3) Salary: £38,000 – £40,000 per annum Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 8:00am to 5:00pm An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Electrical Foot Mobile Engineer to join a leading facilities management company, covering a portfolio of commercial and high-end residential landlord areas across Central London. This role involves working as part of a 3-person foot mobile team, responsible for maintaining 14 sites located within Zones 1–3, consisting primarily of corporate offices along with two residential buildings. The Role: • Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical maintenance. • Testing and maintenance of emergency lighting systems. • General building services maintenance across electrical systems. • Supporting wider M&E maintenance tasks where required. • Travelling between sites across Zones 1–3 as part of the mobile engineering team. Package: • £38,000 – £40,000 basic salary • 25 days annual leave + bank holidays • Pension scheme • Sick pay • Life insurance • Travel between Zones 1–3 expensed monthly • Significant overtime opportunities (minimum two weekends per month available) • Ongoing training and progression within a global facilities management company Ideal Candidate: • Level 3 electrical qualification (or equivalent). • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations preferred. • Experience working within commercial building services. • Strong fault-finding and maintenance experience. • Comfortable working across multiple sites within Central London.
