Location: City of London
Salary: Up to £35,000 Basic Salary + Training & Development/Private Medical Insurance

We are seeking a qualified electrical improver with a desire in Facilities Maintenance and a track record in commercial environments. This role requires the candidate to be electrically qualified.
Key Responsibilities:
Lighting
Emergency light testing
Fire alarm testing
Small electrical works
Health & Safety checks
Package & Benefits:
Competitive basic salary of up to £35,000
Training Provided
Monday - Friday, 7am - 4pm & 10am - 7pm (Alternating per week) Earlies & Lates
Callout 1 in 4 (£120 standby rate)
Overtime Available
Requirements:
Level 3 Electrical Qualifications (minimum).
17th or 18th edition (desirable but not essential).
Client Facing.
Desire to progress in Building Services Engineering.
Paying up to £35,000 P/A & other company related benefits.
