Electrical Installation Supervisor
Reporting to the Project Managers, the successful candidate will work as part of a small, close-knit team to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard. This is a hands-on role, combining installation work with supervisory responsibilities, helping to ensure projects are completed on time and in line with specifications.

Skills:
• Experience working as a hands-on supervisor while carrying out installation work
• Installation of electrical and mechanical specialist ventilation systems in a professional manner
• Ability to manage and lead teams of labourers and apprentices on site
• Mechanical experience preferred but not essential
• Testing and commissioning systems upon completion (training on company systems will be provided)
• Control panel wiring or fault-finding experience would be advantageous
• Willingness to travel to various sites across London and the South of England (driver preferred – transport provided)
• Ability to provide regular updates to Project Managers via phone, email and face-to-face communication
• Professional approach with strong communication skills when dealing with main contractors and M&E contractors
• Self-motivated with strong organisational skills
• A proactive attitude and willingness to support the wider needs of the business
Qualifications:
• NVQ Level 3 Electrical qualification (or equivalent)
• City & Guilds 2391 (preferred but not essential)
• 17th/18th Edition
• SSSTS or SMSTS
• Valid ECS/CSCS card
