Electrical Maintenance Engineer
You’ll be responsible for ensuring electrical systems and equipment are maintained to the highest standards of safety, performance, and compliance.
Shifts
The client operates a 4 on 4 off rota working days & nights 12 hour shifts.
Salary
Upto £47,210 (Depending On Experience)
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across site
* Diagnose and fault-find on electrical systems, panels, motors, drives, and control equipment
* Install, test, and commission new electrical equipment as required
* Ensure all work complies with relevant regulations and safety standards
* Support continuous improvement initiatives and energy efficiency projects
* Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
* Liaise with contractors and other engineering disciplines when required
About You
* Time-served Electrical Engineer or equivalent qualification
* NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds in Electrical Engineering (or similar)
* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (preferred)
* Experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or facilities environment
* Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
* Self-motivated with a proactive, can-do attitude
* Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
