CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for a static Electrical Engineer to be based in Wapping, carrying out planned and reactive commercial building maintenance on a single-man high-end residential portfolio. The successful candidate will currently be an electrical engineer and have a strong understanding of servicing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems and general building service works at various commercial properties. This position would be ideal for an Electrical Engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on progression. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary in the region of up to £48,000 with a potential route into further career progression. Key Duties & Responsibilities Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc) Emergency lighting tests Control Panels Changing Ballast BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold) Maintain and update Log books Plumbing - Unblocking toilets Pumps, motors Working on planned preventive and Reactive maintenance regimes Changing taps/washers Managing priorities within contract constraints. Working within a multi-disciplinary team to achieve set goals. Participation in standby rota for emergency calls outside normal working hours.
