ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE ENGINEER Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Engineer Location: Redgrave (covering sites within a 30-mile radius – company van provided) Salary: £42,000 – £45,000 Shift: Monday to Friday – Days Job Role of the Electrical Maintenance Engineer A brand-new opportunity has arisen for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a market-leading FMCG manufacturing business in the Redgrave area. With multiple UK sites and ongoing investment in machinery and technology, this is a great opportunity to join a stable and growing company. This is a field-based role covering sites within a 30-mile radius, offering a strong work-life balance with a Monday to Friday days shift and clear progression opportunities. You will be responsible for planned and reactive electrical maintenance, fault-finding on production equipment, and ensuring machinery operates efficiently with minimal downtime. Sector – Factory Maintenance Non-Negotiable Requirements Electrical maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment Full UK driving licence 17th or 18th Edition Wiring Regulations Requirements Strong electrical fault-finding skills Experience with planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance Recognised electrical engineering qualification Experience in a fast-paced industrial environment Desirable 2391 Test & Inspection qualification Experience in a field-based or multi-site role Benefits £42,000 – £45,000 salary Monday to Friday days (excellent work-life balance) Company van provided Training and development opportunities Clear progression routes Stable, growing FMCG business If you are interested, please apply below.
