Electrical Maintenance Engineer – Tunbridge Wells – 3 months temp Invictus are recruiting for an electrical maintenance engineer to complete PPM and reactive maintenance on a static critical building in Tunbridge Wells. The client is looking for IMMEDIATE engineers as this position is a temporary vacancy lasting 3 months before being reviewed for extension, with a possibility of going permanent. You will be expected to have good all round knowledge of other FM disciplines and worked on other FM/Building Services roles. The client in question is a leading body within the facilities maintenance industry and the contract is a large commercial office on the outskrits of Tunbridge Wells. Job Role: The position is a Monday to Friday 8-5 role and it will be paying up to £28 per hour. This role has an opportunity to go permanent. Duties: * Ensure the PPM's and reactive maintenance is completed * Work on the electrical systems, lighting, emergency lighting, display lighting, sockets, switchboards, fuses, distribution, basic BMS and controls * Ensuring all statutory requirements are maintained * Assisting with general upkeep and fabric maintenance * This is a temporary position on a leading contract where you will be joining as an integral member of the team in order to ensure the smooth running of a large critical site. Skills Required: The successful candidate MUST have: * Electrically trained with at least 3 years experience in commercial building maintenance and services. * Must have 17th or 18th edition * Must have Level 3 Electrical installation * Must be well presented with good interpersonal skills as this is a client facing role
