Electrical Maintenance Fitter (Nights)

Permanent position

Salary: £50, 652.00 - £57,000 paid hourly / weekly - Overtime available if required

NIGHTS: Monday to Thursday 6pm to 6am

Working in a Foundry - must have heavy plant experience

Will be working as part of the maintenance team

Based in Dronfield.

This is an opportunity to join a Hi tech, structured department responsible for the maintenance and installation of all foundry equipment.

Duties of a Electrical Maintenance Fitter

Working in a foundry
Heavy plant machinery, repair, diagnose, prevent and improve
Troubleshoot issues work on root cause and breakdowns
Working on Control systems - mainly Siemans S5, S6 and S7
Carry out planned maintenance checks
Part of a maintenance team - looking for a proactive individual
Completing related paperwork onto tablets Experience of an Electrical Maintenance Fitter

Qualified - Heavy Plant Industry
Apprentice trained, CIty and Guilds or NVQ/SVQ level 3 in engineering or electrical maintenance
Understand schematic drawings - hydraulic and pneumatic
Physical work
Using hand tools and power tools
Must be able to understand PLC's and inverters
Electrical qualifications
Engineering / Factory or Foundry / Quarry experience an advantage to the role Detail of a Electrical Maintenance Fitter

Working Hours are Nights Monday to Thursday 6pm to 6am
