Apply NowMarket 36 Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Electrician to join our client's field-based team, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across Domestic, Commercial and Industrial environments.
The role will involve electrical repairs, installations, fault finding and maintenance, including three-phase systems, distribution boards, pumps, motors, lighting and emergency lighting.
Roles & Responsibilities
* Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance and repairs.
* Install and replace electrical equipment, lighting, sockets and distribution boards.
* Diagnose and rectify electrical faults.
* Carry out three-phase electrical repairs.
* Install and maintain pumps and motors.
* Test and maintain emergency lighting systems.
* Read and interpret electrical drawings and technical information.
* Complete job sheets and accurately record works undertaken.
* Ensure all work complies with current electrical regulations and health & safety requirements.
* Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer service.
About You
* Level 3 Electrical Installation qualification or equivalent.
* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
* Experience in three-phase electrical maintenance.
* Knowledge of Domestic, Commercial and Industrial electrical systems.
* Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
* Full UK Driving Licence with at least 12 months' driving experience.
* AM2 desirable.
Working Hours & Pay
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience
Hours: Monday - Thursday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
Friday: 8:00am - 3:30pm
