ELECTRICAL PROJECT MANAGER - LONDON - AWARD WINNING M&E CONTRACTOR *** Salary: £65,000 per annum, 28 days holiday, contributory pension, health & fitness menbership Location: London Interview process: Immediate - 2 stage - Teams for the 1st interview, then face to face at our clients offices in Central London This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established M&E business with group turnover circa £75m, delivering electrical projects for a loyal, long-standing client base including NHS hospitals. This is a great role for an experienced Electrical Project Manager who enjoys managing projects from enquiry through to completion while building strong relationships with repeat clients. The Role: Managing electrical projects from concept through to completion. Pricing and winning work from pre-existing clients. Allocating labour and coordinating engineers. Preparing and managing RAMS. Overseeing projects ranging from a few thousand up to several hundred thousand pounds. Office-base role with regular site visits across London, and surrounding areas. Requirements: Experience as an Electrical Project Manager within commercial projects Experience as an Electrical Project Manager within commercial fit-out and hospitals Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
