Electrical Project Manager

Electrical Project Manager – Southampton Salary: £350–£400 per day (DOE) We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join a live project in Southampton, with a start date in early April. This is a site-based role (5 days a week) on a 3-floor full MEP installation, working alongside a lead Mechanical Project Manager and overseeing the electrical package from site. The project involves a full install including distribution boards, containment (floor track) and lighting, so we’re looking for someone confident managing electrical works from install through to completion. You’ll be responsible for coordinating site activity, managing subcontractors, ensuring quality and programme are met, and working closely with the wider MEP team to drive the project forward. All design and coordination is handled in-house, so this role is very much focused on delivery, site management and coordination. We’re looking for someone who has: * Strong experience delivering electrical packages on commercial or office fit-out projects * A proactive, hands-on approach to site management * The ability to coordinate subcontractors and manage day-to-day site operations * SMSTS or SSSTS as a minimum This is a great opportunity to get involved in a fast-moving project with a well-structured MEP team already in place
