Electrical Sales Manager Up to £65,000 + Bonus + £700–£850 Car Allowance Office-based + 50% field travel 39 hours per week A fast-growing electrical engineering business is expanding - and they need a driven Electrical Sales Engineer. If you thrive on turning technical know-how into real-world solutions and enjoy building strong client relationships, this could be for you. What You’ll Be Doing * Winning new business across automation, HVAC, refrigeration & building services * Selling control panels, PLC systems, upgrades & bespoke automation solutions * Meeting clients on-site to understand challenges and design the right solution * Producing technical quotes & proposals that convert * Managing your pipeline and closing profitable deals * Collaborating closely with engineering teams to deliver what you sell What We’re Looking For * Background in electrical sales, applications engineering, or technical sales * Knowledge of control panels, PLCs, automation, HVAC or refrigeration systems * Confidence reading electrical schematics & technical drawings * Strong communicator with commercial awareness and negotiation skills * Experience working with OEMs, contractors, or system integrators * Full UK driving licence What’s In It For You * Competitive salary up to £65,000 * Bonus scheme linked to company performance * £700–£850 monthly car allowance * 25 days holiday + bank holidays * Up to 7% matched pension * Health insurance & ongoing training
