The role: Reporting to the Shift Supervisor Carrying out preventative maintenance to deadline plus maintain paperwork to support PPM activities To respond to reactive and emergency faults and conduct reactive maintenance work to ensure compliance with KPI’s To manage sub-contractors as necessary working to a safe system of work and permit-to-work system This company has a great reputation for retaining staff Brand new building, very high-end site Continental shift pattern - days and nights The person: Must hold a recognised electrical trade apprenticeship and/or relevant qualifications to level 3 (theory and practice) in a relevant electrical discipline with suitable industry experience Experience in building services maintenance is essential Engineers must be able to demonstrate appropriate knowledge of AHU, FCU, UPS, Generators, LV systems, which will include the ability to fault find. Good communication is essential Very client facing role Demonstrate good planning, organising and prioritising skills Ability to show examples of using initiative and judgement to resolve problems Experience in a commercial environment essential Must have a good understanding of health & safety best practice; formal training an advantage Excellent benefits package includes: Generous holiday allowance Company share scheme Cycle to work scheme Clear progression path Overtime
